She is survived by: her son John A Phillips; her daughter-in-law Jerri of Windsor, SC; her son Craig A Phillips; her daughter-in-law Sandi of Jacksboro, TN; her daughter Jennifer Crump; her son-in-law Rudy of Bradenton, FL; her daughter Marian Gates; and her son-in-law Larry of Stewart, FL. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
