She was predeceased by: her parents, G. T. "Shorty" Swanson and Lillie Irene Mitchell-Swanson; her parents-in-law, Joe and Zora Savage; and her stepgranddaughter Valerie West.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip Wesley Savage; her son Greg (Michelle Savage) of LaCombe, LA; her grandchildren, E. Greigh Savage, P. Rhedd Savage and W. Kohl Savage; her stepgranddaughters, Lily West and Mia West; and her siblings, Wayne (Sherry Swanson), Gary (Martha Swanson) and Thelma (Robert Warner). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family members.
