He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Lou Trimble Anzalone; and his brother Robert Anzalone. He is survived by: his father Richard J. Anzalone, Sr.; his wife Judy Kerr; his sons, Richard J. Anzalone, III (Melissa) of New Castle, Jason J. Anzalone of New Castle and Robert Kennard of Butler, PA; his stepsons, Randall Rubeis of Houston, TX and Anthony Rubeis (Stacey) of Inverness, FL; and his sisters, Kate Jaworski and Tina Marshall (Bill). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
