He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Homan and Catherine Homan; his siblings, Leon Homan, Tony Homan, Wilbur Homan (Mary Ann), Ott Homan (Rita) and Ernie Homan (Janet); and his siblings-in-law, Ronnie Barna, Junior Schroyer, Ted Gentry and Mary Homan.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Homan; his sons, Randal Homan (Petra) and Roger Homan (Jennifer); his grandsons, Dustyn Homan (Makenna Bruick) and Dalton Homan (Madison); his great grandchild Dakota Homan (Brooke Perry); his siblings, Dan Homan (Linda), Laverne Homan, Lucille Barna, Marie Schroyer and Margie Gentry; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Homan and Jane Homan.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Heinz Funeral Home (2507 Hwy 44 W, Inverness, FL 34453). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church (550 US-41, Inverness, FL 34450). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
