It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Monika Swank (Inverness, Florida), who passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband William W. Swank, Jr.; her children, Will and Sabreena; and her stepchildren, Shellee and Penney. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

“I met Monika when I was 15, and remained friends for 46 years. I remember the day I met her t her apartment, the door was opened, lights and a mirror ball spinning, and Monika and Karen dancing to Shanana playing loudly. I thought these people are fun! That began a lifelong friendship filled with incredible memories. She was our great leader, and we had many, many good times. Rest in peace my friend in the loving arms of Jesus.💕”
