She was predeceased by: her former husband Samuel Lillard Walker; and her brother Lowell Frazier. She is survived by: her husband Jack L. Fugatt; her stepchildren, Patti Callaway of Inverness, FL and Rev. Michael Fugatt of Cleveland, TN; and her brothers, Larry Frazier (Shirley) of Ooltewah, Terry Frazier (Susan) of Ooltewah, Ronald Frazier of Vicksburg, MS and Lonnie Frazier (Judith) of Ooltewah, TN. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
