She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Chaney and Marie Chaney; and her sister Theresa. She is survived by: her husband Harold Hicks; her daughters, Sandra Folland (Cliff) and Wendy Thieling (Thomas); and her sister Carol. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
