He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Murl, Rinda Wright, Retha Martin (Kenneth) and Don Cloward; and his uncle Ricky Cloward.
He is survived by: his parents, Sabrina Wright (Cloward) of Fremont, OH and John M. Wright (Veronica) of Inverness, FL; his brothers, Kaleb Wright and Travis Hershiser (Katie); his nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Addison and Wyatt Hershiser; and his aunt Oshel Cloward (Brian Heinzerling).
A wake was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at the Toft Funeral Home, Wakeman Chapel (16 Cooper St, Wakeman, OH 44889).
Those wishing to contribute to Jacob's memory may do so to a charity of the donor's choice.
