He is survived by: his wife Meriwyn Phillips of Inverness, FL; his children, Marci Phillips Hilton (Mark) of Brandon, FL and Andrew Phillips (Lynne); his sister Sheila Smith of Pensacola, FL; his grandsons, Tyler Maxwell (Megan) and Noah Hilton; and his great grandchild Elizabeth Maxwell.
