He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber L. Stouder and Marietta I. Stouder (Oden); his daughter Tamara Stouder; his granddaughter Heather Keen; and his siblings, Clifford, Wallace, Lloyd, Darwin, Phylbert Stouder, Doris France, Donnella Rippy and Norma Lou Stouder.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Keen of Huntington, Earl Christian Stouder Jr. of Huntington and Michelle "Shelly" Castaneda of Warsaw, IN; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Travis, Tandee Keen Buff (Dane), Wendall, Chad Biddle, Daniel Stouder, Jared McIntyre, Nina McIntyre Hoffman (John), Jenny Foy, Dayla Drabenstot Steelman (Dylan), Ricardo, Juan, Julieta, Adrian, Andreas, Kaleb Castaneda, Tiffany Church, Timothy and Trinity Muskgrove. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
