Charles Edward Carver Obituary
On Tuesday, February 23rd, 2022, Charles Edward Carver, loving husband, and proud father, passed away at his home in Inverness, Florida.
Born October 12, 1938, Charles was the youngest son of Elmer and Rebecca Carver. One of four children, he is predeceased by one sister, Norma Rodgers, and one brother, Clyde Carver, and survived by one sister, Doris. Charles served in the US Army as well as for the Tampa Police Department, walking a beat in Ybor City.
Survived by his wife, Kathy Carver, his children, Mary Beth Jeoung, Charles Edward Carver II, Timothy Paul Carver, and Robert Alan Reott, siblings Richie Reott and Aggie Brown, as well as his four grandchildren and his first great-grandchild - he will be remembered fondly for his humor and his energy. Never a man to stand still, he walked the length of Gospel Island every day. Known throughout his neighborhood and beyond, Charles was a regular fixture of his community and well known for his long walks, as well as his fishing and excellent birdhouse craftsmanship.
