With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Mahaffey of Inverness, Florida, born in Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on February 27, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Stone and Carrie Lillian Richmond Weiford; and her stepfather Jim Weiford. She is survived by: her children, Tonyae Smith (Terry) of Shady Spring and Zane Crook Jr. of Inverness, FL; her fiancé Leonard Dickerson of Inverness, FL; and her grandson Colby Smith of Shady Spring.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be directed to a local humane society in LeRue's memory.
