He was predeceased by: his children, Kellie Stamper, Darrell Stamper and Donald Stamper; and his parents, Thomas H. Stamper and Gentry Willoughby Stamper.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stamper of Interlachen; his children, William David Stamper, Jerry Stamper, Teresa Harris, Doris Greene, Merrill Sizemore, Bill Armstrong, John Day, Bobby Whitaker, Willie Stamper and Laurie Roberts; and his brother Thomas Stamper, Jr.. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
