He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Norris and Louise Rich; his daughter Kristine Louise Rich; and his sister Zella May Brown. He is survived by: his wife Mary C. Rich; his daughter Sherri Siebert (Rich); his husband Wayne Siebert; and his granddaughters, Sloane Siebert and Sarah Siebert.
