He is survived by: his wife Shari Frost Powell; and his children, Wayne (Christine), Alan (Clair), Doug (Octavia), Bruce (Jill), Jim (Wendy) and Robin. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-great grandchildren.
