She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Frances and William Henry Rowell; her children, Frank O'Neal and Ruth Allmon; her son-in-law Bobby Kline; and her close friend Ruby.
She is survived by: her children, Irvin Barnard (Lorraine), Barnard (Wendy), Mary Cason (Kenny) and Linda Kline. She is also survived by Fourteen grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
Mildred had numerous health issues in the last year, including COVID 19 at age 90.
