He is survived by: his aunt Jen; his parents, Larry Dewayne Curtis, Jr. (Angela Curtis) and Jami Curtis (Tate Boyett); his close friend Jacklin "Jack" Harsey; his stepson Zayne Smith; his grandparents, Arlene Curtis, Bob and Crystal Reed; his aunts and uncles, Melanie Curtis, Jennifer, Dean Harper, Valerie, Keith May, Liz Reed, Kristen Costantiello, Elisa Bary and Jason Reed; his brothers, Kameron Curtis and Trenton Ellison; and his stepbrothers, Allen Stefancik, Blane Stefancik and Dale Boyett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
