He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Palmer; his children, Donna Palmer, Roger Palmer, Don Palmer and Paul Palmer; his parents, Lysander Palmer and Gleness Palmer; and his siblings, Richard, Keith, Eugene Palmer and Patricia Ludwick.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Helfer (Scott) and Mark Palmer (Theresa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
