He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Gay Sikes and Dee Williams, Sr.; his siblings, William Gaston, Richard Williams and Gay Morrison; and his in-laws, Arthur and Lula Sweat.
He is survived by: his grandson Neil; his wife Vivian Williams; his children, Dee Williams III (Melissa) and Dawn Jacobsen; his granddaughters, Noel Jacobsen (Gregg), Sara Guilford, Brittany Womack and Jennifer Williams; his great grandchildren, Neil Womack-Knowles, Maci Mehmen, Jayce Steinhilber and Dean Mehmen; and his siblings, Norma Messer and Johnny Williams (Pam). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
