She is survived by: her pet Sundays; her grandchildren, Mickey and Camron; her children, Carl Phelps, Jr. (Patty) and Regina Conley; and her grandchildren, Brandy Bochette, Mitchell McKinnon (Sherry), Cody Wilkes and David Hughes, Jr.. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
