She was predeceased by: her parents, Pat Johns and Phoebe Johns. She is survived by: her husband Bill "Spot" Spotnagle of Interlachen; her daughters, Sheryl Hardy (Charlie) of Brevard, NC and Sheila Weinstein (Ross) of Coconut Creek, FL; her brother Bradley Johns of Richmond, KY; and her grandchildren, Isaac Hardy, Drew Weinstein and Marlee Weinstein. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
