She is survived by: her mother Eunice McIlvaine of Interlachen; her son Austin; her daughter-in-law Tracy Paterson of Orange Springs; her daughters, Cara (Doug Degeyter) and Brooke Carpenter (Lenny Carver) of Interlachen; her siblings, Charles "Chuck" Nelson (Natali Wells) of Interlachen and Angela McIlvaine of Interlachen; and the father of her children Lawrence "Larry" Paterson of Clearwater. She is also survived by five grandchildren, a niece, and a nephew.
