He is survived by: his wife Ursulina Martinez of Bardin; his children, Luz Maria Martinez of Pennsylvania, Marilyn Morris (Wayne Morris) of St. Augustine and Marisol Martinez (Froilan Gonzalez) of Port St; and his grandchildren, Juan Carlos Navarro of Pennsylvania, Nimarie Rivera of Pennsylvania, Jose Antonio Rivera of Pennsylvania, Natalie Santana (Carlos Santana) of St. Augustine, Christopher Martinez of Palm Coast and Anissa Martinez (Elijah Daughtry) of Palm Coast.
