He is survived by: his significant other Courtnie John; his parents, Fran Doneburgh of Hartselle, AL and Ricky Weaks of Sweetwater, TN; his children, Derek "Bebo", Hunter Weaks, Ty John, Brody John, Jase John, Colt John, Amber Weaks, Emma Weaks, Lexy John and Caylee John; and his brothers, Jason Bembry of White Springs, FL and Andrew Weaks. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
