She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Clyde, Ruth Kirkland (Hawthorne), Pete and Lucille Morris (Brown); and her stepfather Archie G. Eiland.

She is survived by: her husband Tim Summers; her children, Cody Carver (Rachel) and Danielle Carver Adams (James); her stepdaughters, Mandie Carver (Chris) and Krissy Guidry; her grandchildren, Easton B. Carver, Elvie J. Adams, Rylee Carver and Kailey Guidry; her mother Martha Morris Gibson (Morris); her stepfather Jack P. Gibson; her father Kenneth C. Kirkland (Jeannie); and her sister Bethany Kirkland Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Amy's memory to Cedars of Lebanon Cemetery, P.O. Box 441, Inglis, FL 34449 or any Hospice organization.
