He is survived by: his former wife Shelias Rea Neil; his children, Jermaine Daniels, Melvin Orriz, Jr., Tinin Carlos IOrtiz, Taneatha Ortiz, Antonyo Ortiz (Tanisha), Latahsa Ortiz, Tyran Ortiz and Isiah Ortiz; his grandchildren, Amelia Rose, Jo'ona Filius, Taltianna Filius, Lamar Filius, Zarion Filius, Korsaun Filius, Scarlett Filius, Jordon Helton, Kyra Helton, Heaven Helton, Desiree Helton, Serenity Ortiz, Lariah Ortiz, Desiree Ortiz, Antonyo Ortiz, Jr., Kawhi Ortiz and Kassidi Ortiz; and his siblings, Joseph Ortiz (Brenda) of Fort Pierce, FL, Louis Ortiz of Indiantown, FL, Pablo Garcia (Cindy) of West Palm, Antonio Cabrera (Miranda) of Weatherford, TX, Victor Perez of Fort Pierce, FL, Marisa Cabrera-Rampersadsingh and Gregoria Perez of Greensboro, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
