He is survived by: his wife Alice of Indiantown; his sons, Gerald Fitzsimmons, Jr. (Janice) of Long Island, Steven Fitzsimons (Flor) of Long Island, Michael Fitzsimons (Suzanne) of Long Island and Douglas Fitzsimons (Ashley) of Long Island; his sisters, Karen Gisondi of Ocala and Mary Doerr of Middletown; and his grandchildren, Garrett, Andrew, Kenny, Thomas, Aiden, Brandon, Shayna, Addison, Zacharie and Samantha.
