He is survived by: his wife Sylvie Domaine of Indian Shores, FL; his children, Jean-Beniot Bouchard (Lexz Sherwood) of Chattanooga, TN and Stephanie Bouchard of Indian Shores, FL; his sister Danielle Bouchard Trois (Jean-Pierre Dumas); and also, Rivieres, Quebec, Andre, Johanne Domaine (Gerry Perrier) and Alain Domaine.
