It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ned Peter Baugh (Indian Rocks Beach, Florida), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 28, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra MacLaren Baugh; and his daughter Hope Laura Baugh. He is survived by: his significant other Polly Ann Leibe of Largo, FL; his children, Bethany Jean Baugh of Indianapolis, IN and Ned Thomas Baugh (Kristi Dawn Robinson) of Bloomington, IN; and his grandchildren, Ezra Robinson and Oskar Baugh.

In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted for the Hope Baugh Endowment, Carmel Clay Public Library Foundation, 55 4th Ave. SE, Carmel, IN 46032.
