He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Franklin and Minnie Boyd Yearty; his siblings, Alice Parker and James Yearty; and his pet Pepe Yearty.
He is survived by: his wife Juliette Anderson; his children, Lisa Langdon (Tom), Bill Yearty (Bonnie) and Andy Yearty (Jaydee); his grandchildren, Amy Mycoskie (Craig), Tommy Yearty, Richie Pierce (Ana) and Erin Straub (Tim); his great grandchild Taylor Mycoskie; and his grandchildren, Isaac, Rowan, Ivy Pierce and Lincoln Straub.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Good Samaritan Fund at the Satellite Beach United Methodist Church or the Brevard County Sheriff's Office Charity Inc./Pet Posse.
