He is survived by: his mother Geraldine North Mazyck; his siblings, Karen Thomas, Gregory Mazyck, Brigitte Earl and Kimberly Mazyck; his nieces and nephews, Patrice Serena DeCuir (Miles), Katherine Rose Owens, Marcus Gregory Mazyck, Aaron Patrick Lucas Mazyck, Lillian Owens and Alexander Mazyck Thomas, Jr. (Michelle); and his aunts, Mary Smalls, Carolyn Rouse, Francina Rouse, Amanda Mazyck and Ann Mazyck. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
