She was predeceased by: her father Steve; and her brother Jason. She is survived by: her children, Evan and Ava Claeys (Jason Tanaka); and her siblings, Dennis (Kelly Johnson), Rebecca Ross, Katie (Dexter Hankins), Rachel (Paul Durant) and Denise (Michael Madden).
