She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Phoebus. She is survived by: her mother MomMom; her sister Doris Clark of Burlington; and her children, Brenda Richter, Scott Phoebus (Donna) of Boyds and Pamela Curry (Rodney) of Conway. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
