He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James E Purcell and Rosamond Wallace Purcell; his wife Linda; his children, Jason Purcell (Gwen) and Stephanie West; his sister Roslyn Sellers (Burt); his sister-in-law Betty Signor; his grandchildren, Sierra, Evan, Collin, Leah, Jared, Ella, Nolan and Hailey; and his great grandchild Kya. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
