He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Mannion and Antonia Mannion; his children, Jeff Mannion (Alex), Tami Hamilton (Gray) and Denise Rowell (Tony); his grandchildren, Lauren Parvin (Daniel), Lindsay Harris (Matt), Thomas Hamilton, Kayla, Tanner, Cameron, Ava, Gavin and Tatum Rowell; and his wife Fran.
