He is survived by: his parents, Rafael Lopez Jr. and Jesusa Montez Lopez; his wife Melissa Bustos; his children, Rafael Lopez IV, Jordan Lopez, Julian Lopez and Jayce Lopez; and his siblings, Mike Lopez (Agustina), Rene Lopez (Priscilla) and Marianitia Martinez (Lidio).
