He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Lee Rainwaters and Mary Emma Reineke Rainwaters. He is survived by: his children, Rita Howell (Cecil) and Jerry Rainwaters (Shirley). He is also survived by five grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
