He is survived by: his parents, Jesus Alfredo Gutierrez (Melissa) and Sandra Martinez Salas (Ricardo); and his siblings, Marlena Gutierrez, Mercedes Ayala, Matthew Ayala, Christian Salas and Nehemiah Gutierrez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fellowship Baptist Church (1411 Lake Trafford Rd, Immokalee, FL 34142). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
