He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Guadalupe Ibarra and Alicia Pena; his wife Graciela Tobar Ibarra; and his children, Norma Martinez, Josefa Ibarra, Maria Cisneros, Juana Ibarra, Alejandra Ibarra, Agustin Ibarra, Angel Ibarra, Jose Ibarra, Jr. and Phillip Ibarra. He was also cherished by 22 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
