He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pedro Herrera and Maria Perez Herrera; his girlfriend Mary Lou Trevino; his children, Elias Herrera Jr. (Michelle) and Cruz Herrera; and his siblings, Nelda, Melva, Mary, Cruz, Anna Herrera, Greg, Manuel, Pete, Daniel, Johnnie, Adam Herrera and Andy Herrera. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, brother and sister-in-laws along with many extended family and friends.
