She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, J. L. Kemp and Patsy Chance Kemp; her daughter Samantha Rodriguez; her siblings, Kathy Shipes, Mikie Kemp, Rickie Kemp and Timmie Kemp; and her grandson Kaidyn.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations for the funeral expenses and have a GoFundMe account set up in her name. Also the local Family Dollar stores are setting out donation jugs in their stores--any amount is greatly appreciated.
