She was predeceased by: her husband Chief William J. Fasulo; her siblings, Clele Turner and Thor Ian; and her parents, Frank R. Corbitt and Phoebe E. Corbitt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Puckett, Christina Murray and Laura Ehman; and her grandchildren, Gary D. Puckett, Mark Puckett, Sheryl Puckett, C. Quinn Redden, Rachel Embrich and Douglas Ehman III. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
