It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Brian Ballantine of Hutchinson Island, Florida, who passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jack Ballantine; and his brother John Ballantine. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Rocker Ballantine; his children, Bryce Rocker and Grace Elizabeth; his siblings, Susan Ballantine (Barry Lunseth), Linda Ballantine Brown and Mike Ballantine (Lilly); his mother-in-law Dolores Rocker; and his brothers-in-law, Jeffry Rocker (Selena) and Billy Rocker (Jeannie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
