He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bishop and Amelia Bishop (Heller); his wife Jeanne Bishop (Smolinsky); and his siblings, Charles, Margaret Griffith and Lillian Weber.

He is survived by: his close friend Betsy Dailey; his children, Carol Morton (Glenn) of Homosassa, FL, William Bishop (Victoria) of Beverly Hills, FL, Diane Granata (Roland) of Millerton, PA, David Bishop (Wendy) of Inverness, FL, Michael Bishop of Bath, PA and Darren Bishop of Bradenton, FL.; his grandchildren, Melissa, Matthew, Karissa, Brittany, Lee, Tahlia, Roland of April, DJ and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Clara, Alex, Mackenzie, Derick, Alexis, Shyanne, Tyler, Erika, Greyson and Siddalee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family requests no flowers.
