He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Monroe and Myrtle Faye Crumpton; and his sisters, Lois Avery, Lori Wieczorek, Faye Cromer and Gloria Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Crumpton, Jr. of Kennesaw, GA, Kelly Greer (Russell) of Tampa and Kimberly Tuggle of Joliet, IL; and his sister Joy Lowery of Bessemer, AL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
