She is survived by: her parents, David Kish and Darlene Kish; her children, Anthony Buchheister (Amanda Derrick) and Kaylene Furner (Holden); her granddaughter Skylar; her sister Kerrie Hammar (Tim); her close friend Jason Lange; and her pets, Chloe, Leighla, Karma, Gypsy, Luna, Stormi and MaryJane. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
