It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Shaffer of Hudson, Florida, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 15, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J Safar and Helen E. Farkas; and his brother Chucky Shaffer. He is survived by: his son Robert C. Shaffer (Kimberly E. Shaffer); his grandchildren, Caryn E. Shaffer and Bryan C. Shaffer; his son Darrell J. Shaffer (Elisa Shaffer); his grandchildren, Christopher M. Shaffer and Victoria M. Shaffer; and his brother Raymond Shaffer (Andrea Shaffer).
