He is survived by: his wife Maureen Williams; his children, Laura Anderson (Averill Anderson), Evan P. Williams, Jennifer Bowie (Gavin Bowie) and Melinda Barnes; his sister Kathleen Skoff; his nephews, William Paul III (Shannon) and Tim Berkoff (Christy); his niece Kristine Paul; his great-nephew Calvin Balzer; and his nieces, Rachel Spring (Bryan), Daren and Lily Williams.

Because of COVID-19 there will be a celebration of life in Fall 2020.
