He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Weaver and Mary Mae Weaver. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Weaver (Nicki) of Big Sky, MT., Scott Weaver (Kim) of Fort Mill, SC and Chad Weaver (Melanie) of Greensboro, NC.; his grandsons, Austin (Holly), Cody (Lexy), Christian, Jackson and Matthew; his great grandchild Rhett Weaver; and his siblings, Gail Wisby and Sam Weaver. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
