He was predeceased by: his brother Jimmy. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Montgomery and Helen Smith; his wife Kali Montgomery (Cubbage); his children, Adam, Daniel, Mike Jr., Bentlee, Bailey, Brinkley and Brendan; and his siblings, Jeanine, Richard, Sean, Erin and Kevin. He is also survived by his children and family and he will be remembered for the incredible husband, father, son, brother, and friend.
